Headhunter "Recruiter" for our company

We are a start-up that is scaling very quickly and can no longer spend our time finding good candidates to join our team (to which there are a lot of roles we are trying to fill currently)

Sample roles that we hire for are: support staff, front-end developers, back-end developers, etc

You are paid for every HIRED candidate that you provide

The way the payment system will work is:
- 50% upon the day of us hiring the candidate
- 50% upon them being with us for 3 months

This is to ensure the candidates stay with us and are not offered to another organisation.
