An IT company is looking for a project manager to lead its all-Filipino team of talented, home-based online workers. He/She should be able to lead a diverse and remote team of software and web programmers to become a more responsive and productive unit. Someone who could put across the Chief Technical Officer's plans, instructions, and message to the team to the letter.
