JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring for a Full-Time Business Assistant to help us grow our companies for the long term.

The reason we are hiring is because we’ve planned fun and engaging projects to grow multiple businesses over the next couple of months and years. We are looking for a business assistant who is consistent and committed to helping us achieve our goals.

Currently, there are 3 businesses that we run: CREM Bartending, Land-o-Lots LLC, and Dydy’s. They are 3 separate businesses in different fields. The strategies for growth are similar across all three businesses. We need someone who will complete the tasks we assign in a quick and precise manner.

The Business Assistant that we are looking for is someone who can handle multiple projects at once. Not afraid to get on the phone and make phone calls. Be able to navigate various systems and processes. Detail oriented, completes tasks quickly, willing to learn and fail, and loves to have fun.

Your general work will be:
Managing Facebook accounts
Calling businesses
Data Entry
Creating and Organizing Documents
SEO Article create, Managing blogs
Other Administrative work

Job Responsibilities:

Facebook
: Posting ads, replying to messages, following a process for automation
Calling business and following a script for creating partnerships
Scheduling interviews and balancing calendars for interviewers and candidates
Assist with new hire onboarding
Assisting with creating the ideal website
Resume screening and initial phone screens
Enter Data into excel spreadsheet

The Ideal Candidate will:
** Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 45+ WPM)
** Have experience using tools like Hubstaff, Slack and Asana to manage team members
** Have experience working in a fast-paced environment with weekly deadlines
** Be comfortable in spreadsheets and documents, to both maintain data, compile data, and review data for key learnings that impact company growth
** Possess a strong attention to detail, time management skills, and excellent team-working skills
** Is a quick start who quickly turns tasks around and takes action; knows how to be persistent and resourceful to solve problems, remove roadblocks and get things done
** Must be able to work independently and excel in a deadline-driven environment that involves multiple, simultaneous projects
** Strong skills in analyzing information, formulating logical and objective conclusions, and making effective recommendations.
**High level of integrity, loves to have fun, and is willing to learn.

Requirement:
**Backup device and Internet in times of power outages
**20 MBPS minimum Internet connection
**Dedicated workstation at home
**Excellent English skills, and able to communicate well both verbally and in writing
***Spanish Speaking is a bonus
