VA for Backlinks

Looking for someone who already has experience finding free high quality backlinks for websites. Need about 25 links per week, maybe more. To start out, $1.00 per ---------- spammy, over used links. Prefer ones that don't require a moderator to approve them.

Just to verify:
-Already have experience because I don't have time to train
-Can find a minimum of 25 free links per week (no paid, no waiting for moderation links)
-Can find non spammy links
