JOB OVERVIEW

We are a modeling/talent agency based in Texas, USA and have been in business for nearly 6 years. We are looking for Assistant Event Coordinator to work part time.

Position: ASSISTANT EVENT COORDINATOR
2+ Administrative Assistant
2+ Phone experience



READ CAREFULLY:
- We will give you access to our Google Voice line. If you CANNOT make outbound calls using that system, you CANNOT WORK FOR US.
- Upload your 1-1.5 minute voice recording on http://vocaroo.com/
- 9am - 12pm/1pm CST, Monday - Wednesday
- Pay is $3.00 USD/per hour
- English Proficiency Test score must be at least High Advanced-1
- Based on this first 3 month project, we will be able to determine if the job will be extended to you permanently



The position is pretty easy yet it has several phase. .

Phase 1: We will provide you with a company email address and phone access. You will contact multiple magazines about partnering with us for an event. Whoever should contact you back, you will forward the emails to your superior and also communicate to the magazine companies about what is needed.

Phase 2: You will contact various locations to see about us hosting an event there. Once you confirm that we can hold an event at a particular location you are also informed the magazine companies of the following details.

Phase 3: You will contact multiple sponsors about partnering with us for this event. You will provide them an agreement to ensure that we receive their sponsorships in time for our event. You must maintain an spreadsheet to make sure everyone is contacted.

Phase 4+ will be issued out should the job be extended to you.
