We are looking to add a Customer Service Coordinator to our growing team.

The primary role of the Accounts Coordinator will be to support manage hundreds of clients to increase the business’s retention rates.
Key duties will include:
-Data entry and quality management of the company’s data base
-Client engagement including phone calls and
-Customer service to address any issues and support customer troubleshooting
-Producing monthly reports regarding client activity
-Social media administration such as posting and tracking comments
-General administration support to the management team when required
ESSENTIAL SKILLS - The successful candidate will have:
-Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal
-Experience in customer service and liaising with clients for an International English speaking based business
-Proven ability to engage with customers via phone calls and
-Intermediate MS Excel skills
-Experience with MS Office including word, outlook, teams, etc.
-The ability to work autonomously from your own dedicated work area
DESIRABLE SKILLS - The following skills are not essential but are highly desirable
-Experience with social media, particularly LinkedIn
-Experience with using a CRM system such as Active Campaign and/or Pipedrive
-Experience working with a SaaS based business
