Wordpress Theme Switch (Foodie Child to Foodie Pro theme)

I need help to switch my blog which is currently on the foodie child theme to the foodie pro theme. When I go to do it, there are some errors, and also looks exactly like theme I have now. I would love to have it reset to the default fonts and such that comes with the foodie pro theme while maintaining ALL my current website data (blog posts, pages, pictures, etc.)

My BIGGEST concern is the content already existing on my blog and that's why I don't want to try and do it myself in case I mess it up! Thanks in advance to whoever tackles this :)
