Hi! My name is Tom Dawson I'm the owner and Creative Director at HNDRX, a design agency based in New Zealand. We are a curated group of design specialists that work with our clients deliver outstanding brands and digital experiences that connect authentically. We are currently a 6-figure business and are scaling quickly to 7-figures in revenue within the next 2 years, so you would play a crucial role as part of that growth.

Our vision is to use our powers of design to do good. As we grow, the most important metric will be impact. We want to transform the businesses for our client companies and be their long-term growth partner.

At the same time, I would like to use the profits to give back to the community. My personal goal is in the next 20 years, I want to create a social innovation programme to help youths get into the creative industries. So when we cross $1 million in revenue, I want to help fund a large community project.

I'm looking for someone to become my lead generation specialist. This is a role that is UNLIKE anything you've ever seen before. I know many of you apply for "VA" roles, where you never really form a strong, genuine relationship with your employer.

That is NOT the case here. I am looking for a loyal, driven, hard-working tea ---------- mber who is willing to go the distance with me, and work for 1, 2, or even 3 years+, and who truly believes in my mission.

So now, you might be wondering: What is the job?

Since you will be my lead generation specialist, you have a very important role of finding new prospects and contacting prospects to convince them to chat with me on the phone.

You will be doing a number of things:

1.Message prospective clients through Linkedin, Instagram, Email and etc. to build rapport, introduce our company, and identify appropriate clients within the target market. This is where having strong written English and good conversational English is very important (we will provide you with the list and contacts of the companies)

2.Create personalised messages using the instructions and templates that we provide you (Example: customising the message in an email with information about the prospect)

3. Identify and find prospect companies who are qualified and a good fit for our services. (Example: I might ask you to find architects in Australia who fit a certain criteria range)

4. To proactively support the team by suggesting new ideas and questioning thinking where appropriate

5. Handle administrative responsibilities

6. Your role will constantly be changing. As the company grows, you may take on more responsibility and ownership. A big part of this job is to stay on your toes, always ready for action and change.

NICE TO HAVES from your past experiences (Not mandatory since I will give you the training you need, but these will give you an edge and you should mention them in your application):
Ideally have past experience with lead generation and with messaging prospects already
Background knowledge of SEO

Here is the hours and compensation:

This role will start at 10-20 hours per week, and will grow towards 30-40 hours per week as you do a good job and as the business grows. Your hours will be flexible as long as you complete the tasks, but I would need you to be available from 2pm-6pm New Zealand time (that’s 7am-11am in the Philippines) for meetings and to contact the leads during business hours.

This job will start off at $3 USD/Hour (~php150/hour), with opportunity to grow depending on your performance.

Again, if you are looking for quick money, this is NOT for you. Only for people who have a long term vision to grow with my company. This also gives you opportunities to grow in roles in my company overtime. For example, if you perform well, you can be promoted to oversee tea ---------- mbers.
