Actually, no. We have had several Filipino tea ---------- mbers over the years. Our longest virtual tea ---------- mber Anna Mateo lives in Iloilo City and has been with us since 2013. Who We Are

We help people who have a real estate problem out of some tough spots. We have had people cry because they were so thankful that we purchased their house. This is a really good feeling. The problem is that those who could use our services often do not know about us. This is why we developed an outbound call center to make them aware of what we could do for them.


If you’re wondering what you would be doing?

The job title is Outbound Lead Specialist. You will be making calls to homeowners in the U.S. to determine if we might be able to assist them by buying their property. I am looking for someone who is relentless. Someone who will reach out and find clients that need our help. Someone who isn’t deterred if they face rejection and can stay focused despite making many calls.

Also, I also cannot teach you to have a good attitude and to be self-motivated. These are things you must demonstrate in the interview process.

A successful applicant must be able to demonstrate:

* Prior outbound telephone sales experience to United States consumers
* A can do attitude, and the ability to work without constant supervision
* Be able to speak in conversational English and write in passable English as well
* General ability to use windows based software
* Have or be willing to obtain Internet fast enough to allow VOIP phone calls without degradation
* Have or be willing to obtain an ethernet cord so you can directly connect into your router
* Working microphone and Internet video camera

I will provide phone scripts and training on all software and procedures as well as phone accounts, etc.

You DO NOT need real estate experience. I’ll teach all of that to you.

So, what are the working hours?

As I stated before, our company is based in Fort Worth, Texas so we would require you to work during US hours, preferably something like 12:00pm-9:00pm CST, (with an hour off for lunch) something close to that. There is some flexibility here but you would be interacting with us and out clients during our daylight hours and calling U.S. leads who live in the central standard time zone.

What about pay?

We are serious about hiring someone and are looking to fill this position ASAP. I also want this to be a real job that can meet your financial needs. Therefore, pay is negotiable but know I want you to be happy and satisfied working here, and a good pay scale is part of that.

You’ll also be bonused for successful outcomes.

What about the 13th Month?

Wondering if we pay the 13th month? Of course we ---------- ’s part of Filipino culture, and we want to be a part of it too, so yes we start accruing pay towards the 13th month beginning after your probational period. We pay half of the 13th month in the 3rd quarter for school supplies, etc. for your kids (or whatever else you choose) and the other half right before Christmas.
