Talent Acqusition Call Center Representative

Our ideal candidate possesses excellent communication and organizational skills, years of experience in talent acquisition is a must, proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, and the ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants. This role requires a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills as you’ll often be asked to work closely with others across in the team.

We have lucrative bonuses in place for exceptional performance. Our top agents are making $1500+ in bonuses per month in addition to hourly wage!

To be successful in this role, you should be a driven self starter, who is willing to learn and go the extra mile to learn the materials well and be one of the next top performers.

Responsibilities
-Must be a people person

-Proven success in problem solving.
-Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details.
-Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Must own Proficient English level skills

Payment: $5-6 per hour, with performance-based bonuses anywhere from $350 - $1500+ per month when reaching goal.
