Reddit Manager - No Experience

Are you interested in Reddit and managing a brand on this platform? I am looking for a person who is very interested in Reddit, maybe you have your own subreddit or maybe you go there a lot and participate in conversations, but you are not a reddit professional. We will train you!

We are looking for someone, about 10 hours a week for now, to grow our brand on Reddit. We have a few brands and two are on reddit. We need you to manage one brand and if you do well, we would like you to manage the rest and this is then a full time position for you, 40 hours per week. As you grow, so will your pay.

You must have excellent written English. If you have knowledge about stocks and the stock market, this is a plus.
You are required to be on the reddit platform Monday through to Friday US eastern time, for now, 2 hours per day.

The role requires the following:
1. post youtube videos
2. comment in subreddits to get interest, give value to the community
3. look at requirements for other relevant subreddits and join them
4. inform shareholders of stock information
5. upvote our videos and information
6. create posts from our information
7. post social images on subreddits
8. contribute to conversations
9. Keep to the rules of the subreddit and reddit
10. Keep information relevant so it does not look like a self promotion -we list informative information, but with a call to action
11 Build Karma points
12. Learn different tactics on Reddit to grow the brand.
13. Find trending stocks and see if they are relevant to any of our stock information

15. Work with others in our team to help you grow the reddit brand account.

The initial salary, is US$2 per hour, when you demonstrate that you are proficient at Reddit, then this hourly rate increases, and with more brands that we have, the role will move to a 40 hour job from a 10 hour per week job. There is a bonus offered as well.

We provide training, but we will not pay for the training, because you have to contribute to the role too. You will need the training in order to do this role well. So it is in your best interest to learn and action what you learn to build the account for us. If you are not prepared to learn, then please do not apply for this role.
