Virtual Assistant Needed

I am looking for a virtual assistant, hopefully someone for a full time job.

Requirements-

Photoshop knowledge with design knowledge for mobile apps and games - mainly for designing store assets (icon, screen shots etc...).

Experience with illustrator is an advantage.

Basic tech knowledge with internet , office and PC.

Great communication in English - fluent in English.
