VA and Blogger/Writer (travel)

Hello,

I am a freelancer needing help with my work load.

I am also launching a few startups and need some help with them. One is in travel, one in real estate, and the other two are entertainment/educational sites.

I need the following skills:
- Someone who is reliable and easily reachable
- Creative (can think of good ideas, maybe likes creative writing)
- Very good at communicating, keeping me updated daily
- Polite & Honest --if you are tired for example, or you have a big date... be honest, just tell me! I'm pretty understanding as long as I know ahead of time :)
- Someone wanting career advancement.
- Patient - sometimes there are small lulls in the work
- Someone with VERY good English writing skills
- Social media skills (other multimedia and video skills will be a plus, but not required)
- Lots of research

I would need you for research, blogging and copywriting mainly... a lot of content, written fast, but also grammatically correct, and concise. Some people tend to have a good style, but they make the sentences way more complicated structurally, than they need to be. A few little mistakes here and there is fine, since I will edit the work anyway, but if there is too much to edit it will defeat the point of me hiring you.... which is to speed up the process.

I am looking for someone to work 5 hours per day mon-fri (or any five days that suit you best) and any time of the day. I can pay 8000 pesos for the first month or two, and then when more money is coming in I can pay more. I am happy to raise peoples' salary if I am making more money. I am not stingy, I like to share, and I appreciate the work people do for me.

Those people I will consider will be asked to write 2 sample articles, then we will begin with a 1-3 day trial (paid) so I can see how quickly you work and the quality of your work.
