Experienced Facebook ads specialist WANTED

Summary of Position:

Looking for a Facebook ads specialist with full understanding of best practices and the Facebook ads platform. Your role will be to help grow our fitness brand through Facebook ads under the guidance of our Director of Marketing.

Responsibilities:
- Creation and maintenance of Facebook Advertising ---------- cludes audience targeting, ad copywriting, and adjustments based on conversion data.
- A/B test ad copies, landing pages, headlines and images
- Report A/B test results and analysis to present to director of marketing
- Monitoring and maintenance of reporting dashboards through Google Analytics.
- Suggest campaign optimizations and strategies to the director of marketing.

Requirements:
- 2-3 years of direct experience with Facebook Ads – Required
- hungry to learn more about Facebook ads and digital marketing
- Experience with building, editing and optimizing FB campaigns.
- Familiarity with conversion tracking and ROAS tracking.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and independently
- Ability to review advertising accounts and provide actionable feedback to improve ROI
- Commitment to high quality and ability to work quickly with deadlines
