About this Role
The role of the Account Manager is to support the business by acquiring and managing B2B accounts in order to ensure sustainable and strategic sales growth. Strategic and tactical thinking, and precise attention to detail is required in order to provide the best course offering and solutions to clients with consideration to state and federal compliance and funding requirements. Consultative and relationship Selling is vital to the role of account manager.

Technical and Functional Skills:
• Proven track record in consultative selling in a B2B setting
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Excellent time management and organisation skills
• Knows how to use Microsoft Teams for team collaboration and client presentations
• A high level of maturity and the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people
• Advanced technical skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Office365)
• Superior attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiar with Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Sales Technique


Responsibilities:
• Reports directly to the sales manager
• Conducts needs analysis for both centres and students
• Delivers Traxion Training course presentation to key contact person in centre
• Ranks centres using Traxion Training's ranking system and creates strategies according to ranking
• Nurtures account relationships and promotes Traxion's brand
• Resolves issues, addresses concerns, and answers queries from centres and students
• Works with the tele-sales manager to coordinate student enrolments and requirements. Perform follow up calls/emails in order to enrol students (close sales)
• Gather useful information from centres and students
• Track all enquiries and hot/cold opportunities; record all activities in the students’ profiles in aXcelerate
• Understand the variety of course offerings and use different strategies based on student’s qualifications
• Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate effectively and appropriately
• Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed in our CRM (aXcelerate)
• Efficient monitoring of email inbox and other assigned shared mailboxes, if any
• Other tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager, Business Operations Manager and GM


To be Successful in this Role You Will Need:
• 4+ years in business development, B2B and B2C sales experience
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work fast
• A team player, very good organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Strategic and analytical thinker
• Previous RTO (Registered Training Organisation) experience would be highly valued
• Being able to speak Chinese would be an advantage, but is not necessary
