JOB OVERVIEW

AJ Media Agency are a Digital Marketing Advertising Agency based in Melbourne specialising in running full scale paid ad campaigns for small to medium scale businesses in Australia. We’re not digital marketing generalists, we’re a specialist agency in booked appointments that will generate actual revenue for our clients. We currently work with clients within the Trade Services sector Australia Wide.
Due to rapid growth, we now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Facebook ads specialist to join our team! We work flexibly, sharing our time between our Yarraville office and our home offices. We’re a small team that works hard, but we equally know that some of our best ideas eventuate nicely brewed coffee or even better a nice cold beer.
Our Facebook Ads Specialist will work closely with our Director to develop overall client strategies, and then will take the lead with it; from set up to planning, designing, managing, analysing, and optimising client ad campaigns. All while upholding incredible client communication and staying at the forefront of social media ad trends and technologies. This is a newly created position, and the successful individual will get the chance to own this role, with the potential for leadership opportunities as AJ Media team grows further.

Reporting to the Director, our Facebook ads specialist will play a key role in our close-knit team by:
• Researching and collating data for client presentations (competitor research, target audience, offers etc)
• Mapping out digital marketing funnels
• Completing Facebook account builds (building upon existing campaigns & building new campaigns from scratch)
• Analysis, optimisation, and testing of campaigns
• Regular reporting to our Directors on ad performance
• Opportunity to mentor junior members of the team as the role progresses
• Staying up to date with industry trends & being able to relay these to the rest of the team and our clients

So that you can hit the ground running, you’ll bring with you:
• Experience in a similar role, within an agency environment
• Experience with Facebook Business Manager
• Excellent written and verbal communication – you are not afraid of picking up the phone to have a conversation any one of our directors or teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
• The ability to use your initiative, work unsupervised and make quick decisions
• A love for data and being able to communicate this to our Directors
• Experience with qualified lead generation campaigns and success within this field
