Property Planner and analysis

Someone with an interest in property required to look at planning maps, and indicating zonings in areas to pin point. Then you will be required to go into each property along each street, looking for development opportunities.

Planning skills will be required to read a district plan and extract height and site coverage rules, along with other design infomation.

Advanced use of google street view and google satellite required. A presentation of findings will then be required, so we can contact the owners of the properties.
