Digital Marketing VA

We are looking for a VA with some exposure to Digital Marketing. Would you like to work with email marketing, face book ads, content posting and syndication, writing snippets and blurbs with social media as well as been able to generate a buzz and target specific audiences? This role may just be what your looking for.

The role will see you help create our marketing system from scratch. eComnect are a small start up company with a strong product looking to grow fast and you could be the key to helping us make that happen. It's not necessary that you have worked in a start up before but it would be useful for you to understand what its like in the day to day running of a start up.

Working with our Copywriter, you will build out and maintain our website and turn it into tool to engage our audience and turn visitors into customers. You wont need to have the technical skills to build out a whole website but have enough know how to think through the structure of a ste and how it would work from a marketing perspective.

To be successful at this role you must have some previous experience within a marketing role and understand the basics of targeting a market. You may have used tools like email and content to educate your audience into what will work for them. Enticing them to become customers. You must be ready to take ownership of generating leads online and learn everything you need to know to be successful. You will have access to some of the best training materials around to help you learn the ins and outs of the role.

The role will be responsible for:
- Generating leads from all digital means
- Building out the website including regular content
- Build and own a content calender to coincide with business and market events
- Syndicating and boosting content to drive engagement
- Creating and maintaining email marketing campaigns
- Drive conversions with traffic campaigns, split testings and other methods as needed

The role will start out on a 2 month trial period, during which you will be paid a salary of 12,000PHP per month. On completion of the trial period, you will be given an opportunity to show us your progress. Along with the satisfaction of doing great work you will then be given an intermediate pay rise to $16,000 per month. After 6 months, its then open to negotiate.
