Law Firm Recruiter / Human Resources

Looking for a law firm human resources specialist who can help with recruiting potential candidates off of LinkedIn and other areas. The person must display experience with recruiting people and must have the skills to review people's experience in order to identify whether they would be a good fit for the position.

You must be goal oriented. For example, if we want 4 customer services representatives by the end of the week, we need you to properly monitor your time to make sure we get at least 4 reps.

Lastly, we are looking for someone who is willing to give their all and work on our tasks ---------- T working 2-3 jobs at once. We dont allow it and can track it very well.
