Real Estate Cold Caller/Lead Person

The majority of the time you will be on the phone cold calling sellers.

Previous successful cold calling experience A MUST!

Have experience with Mojo Dialer and Call Rail is a MUST!

Have experience with Google Sheets is a Must!

Also experience with Podio is a plus.

Requirements Also Include:
1. Own a personal computer or Laptop with good and reliable internet access (the
faster the better)

2. Be able to work from a quiet place without interruptions or excessive
background noise of any kind.

3. Be able to work the night shift (9:30PM-6AM) Philippines time. Which is, Monday
through Friday US, time ( 20 – 40 hours per ---------- an Hour, 4 – 5 weeks per
month)

4. Own a personal smartphone.

5. Willing to learn quickly and take self-initiative to work on your own without close
supervision.

Bonuses are paid after closing on the deal and will vary from $75-$150 USD
depending on the type and profit of the deal.
