soundcloud and other social media marketing help 'Very simple css coding needed

Im looking for a few tasks to be done.

Im a music producer and i would like to build a higher presence on my soundcloud page. I need an assistant to gather other users in the same genre and comment on their tracks to build engagement. I can give further details on approval. Also if you have any skills on marketing and promoting other social networks like youtube and instagram then that would be great.

I also would like to have my soundclick page recoded with a provided design that ill have ready. It will require css knowledge.
