Wordpress Site Manager/Virtual Assistant

I am looking for a VA who can provide the following:
Manage FTP/C Panel access for new web developers
Upload and format copy and blog post
Compile monthly SEO/Analytics reports
Manage email list in Aweber
Other services as needed.
Will be responsible for maintaining a min of 15 websites.
Must have ability to use Basecamp, WP, Google Analytics/Adwords, Yoast SEO, Aweber, , Hootsuite
