Lead Manager/Appointment Setter

LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS: A Player, Out Going, Great communicator, Has GREAT Energy to bring to the job, Sales background, experience

We use LAUNCH CONTROL for our texting platform. If you have used this system before that is a plus for sure.

This is a Lead Manager and Appointment setting position for my Real Estate Investing ---------- tting up appointments for our salespeople using Launch Control will be your main focus. You will need to call our HOT LEADS and WARM LEADS daily and set up a time for our sales department to call these appointments which you set up.

We are looking for 5-10 appointments being made on a daily basis.

Your job will be to call all of the HOT leads and set up an appointment for us to call them using Launch Control "texting platform"

Requirements:

The number one quality we are looking for is GREAT ENGLISH.

The second quality we are looking for is a GREAT PERSONALITY. Someone that is not afraid to get on the phone and call our HOT leads.

You need to be personable and nice on the phone.

Our Appointment setter script is as follows:

Hey, this is ________________________. Gavin sent you a text message and I am his assisistant.

Do you have time to answer 3 questions and set up a good time for him to call you back?

1. How quickly are you looking to sell? today, a few weeks, or a few months?

2. If we were to agree upon a price would you ok an agreement with us today?

3. On a scale from 1-10. 10 being the best, What would you rate the condition of your property?

Set up an appointment in Google Calendar for our sales team to reach out to the home seller.
