We are not just looking for a Virtual Assistant to just fill a job, but also a long-term position to join an e-commerce company based in Australia. You are required to be familiar with Google Shopping Ads, SEO in WordPress / WooCommerce and have at least 2 years of experience.

Your Roles will be:
- Develop and manage our Google Shopping Ads & PPC accounts (Bing & Facebook Ads haven't been developed yet, if you have experience with them, will be a bonus)
- Study the products we sell, to be able to create relevant keywords and do some SEO
- Monitor key performance metrics and search terms reports
- Adjust bids to maximize returns of the best performing ads and cut down on underperforming ads
- Analyze profit margins, shipping costs, and operating costs, and integrate them into our Google Ads strategy
- Work on device, geolocation, and demographic adjustments
- End to end campaign management (From forecasting to executing, monitoring, evaluating and optimizing campaign performance to generate maximum leads)
- Conduct keyword research and optimize the campaigns.
- Research and analyze competitor advertising links and strategize the best plan ahead for the business
- Optimize the ad copy, landing pages for the best lead quality.
- Optimize the campaigns regularly for improving the performance.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

• Cost Per Lead (CPL) or Return On Ad Spend (ROAS) Analysis
• Google Shopping Feed Management

Skills and requirements:
- Have at least 2 years of experience in Paid Advertising / PPC management, or with Google Ads
- Good understanding of how Google search ads (GSN) and shopping ads (PLA) work
- Good English is necessary for communication with the team, and ad copy creation
- Solid computer to work with huge spreadsheets and a strong internet connection. We don't want this to slow you down.
