Customer Care Specialist:
Six10 Venture's specializes in building successful ecommerce brands across Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify. We are looking for a passionately communicative Customer Care Specialist to oversee all customer engagement for our US and UK customer base. Our ideal applicant will have proven experience working in a customer service position, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and great attention to detail along with knowledge of trends and techniques in the ecommerce industry. The role will start as an individual contributor role but evolve into a manager role over time as the company and customer service activity requirements increase. The position will be based out of Hyderabad, India. The hours will be based on EST/PST time zone.
Customer Care Specialist Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure excellent service standards across our portfolio of brands
Respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow and enhance communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Go the extra mile to engage customers
Maintain accurate reporting and documentation on all customer service functions
Customer Care Specialist Requirements and Qualifications:
6+ years proven customer service experience in the US or UK
Expert in both vocal and written customer support
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Familiarity with customer service software tools such as Gorgias
Bachelor’s degree
