Amazon customer service and FBA assistant

Hello, we are looking for a great employee to help us with some regular store operations and customer service related tasks. We are looking for someone that can work with us in the long term.

To start, some possible tasks will be like the below (you don't need to do them all, they are just possible examples):

- Provide great customer service to amazon customer inquires
- Reply to FB messenger and/or Manychat customer inquires
- Create multi-channel FBA fulfillment orders on amazon
- Periodic checking of data on amazon reports such as sales, sessions etc and recording it in a sheet for tracking
- Create new incoming FBA shipments and monitor/track shipments when needed
- Monitor and record, returns/refunds and feedback from customers to:
- respond to issues/defects ASAP to help resolve things and make them satisfied.
- Summarize issues and communicate it to us and suppliers to fix and resolve the underlying issues.
- get corresponding refunds from the supplier
- Create FBA barcodes for new products
- Manage and track supplier order details in a sheet to keep it well organized.

However there will be additional tasks added to the above after some additional time and experience.

The below other things where experience is not required, however if you happen to have experience with them it is an added bonus:
- Able to monitor product sales and conversion performance, do analysis to diagnose issues and offer optimization ideas to continually improve the performance.
- understanding of Amazon PPC
- contacting suppliers to source products
- creating new high quality product listings (create text and make instructions for any proposed images/graphics we need to create)
- new product idea research and validation
