The role is to market and sell online courses targeting professionals working in sustainability, whilst also supporting those taking courses, to deliver an experience that drives students to provide referrals and come back for more.
This is a new role. Working hours are normally Philippines standard daytime business hours.
Attributes required are:
- Excellent written and verbal English. The target market is English speaking professionals, many of whom have English as their mother tongue. You are comfortable writing for and speaking with native English speakers.
- An entrepreneurial attitude. You are obsessed with providing value to your customers, and finding a win-win.
- Outstanding communication skills. You are not a person who assumes that communication is easy and needs no effort. As a result the work you do rarely if ever suffers from communication breakdowns – small or big.
- Integrity and honesty. Keeping your word is important to you. You are cautious with your promises, but as a result you are known and trusted as a person who can be relied on. You would rather under-promise and over-deliver instead of over committing.
- Optimism and energy. You have an attitude that setbacks can be overcome. You persist.
- A managerial attitude. If the customer needs something, and you can’t provide it, you are happy to manage other people who have the skills to do it.
- Personable. You are a person who people find easy to like and to trust.
- Organised. You are not a person who rushes in without a plan. You prefer to have a plan.
Skills required:
- Copy writing. You can write in a way that attracts interest and drives readers to take the next step, but without hype or exaggeration. Or in other words, your copy writing has integrity.
- Sales funnel design. You can set up sales funnels, run A/B testing and optimize for effectiveness.
- Mailchimp. You can set up and run campaigns in mail chimp.
- Google analytics. You can analyze traffic statistics, and can run A/B tests successfully.
- Keyword selection. You can undertake effective keyword selection, based on keyword research.
- Market research. You can identify prospects using tools such as linked in etc.
- Social. You can set and run online campaigns, including posting, page management, and other tasks. You can run a you-tube channel.
- Appointment setting. You can engage with individual prospects and set up appointments. You can run set up and run web funnels that lead to an appointment.
- Sales. You can engage verbally and face to face via zoom/skpe/whatsapp to get the sale, or to get feedback from a client.
- Wordpress. You can post articles on wordpress, and use tools to optimize them for SEO.
- Lead tracking. You can track leads through a CRM.
