Email-only Sales Representative

We are a book publishing business servicing the American market. We are looking for a Sales Representative to handle our inbound leads by email. No phone calls, everything is done over email or chat.

Responsibilities:
• Handling inbound leads. Understanding their needs and intentions. Writing useful email replies that will close sales.
• Reach out to past customer leads through email.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Coordinate sales effort with tea ---------- mbers

Requirements:
• Work experience as a Sales Representative
• Knowledge of MS Office and Google Applications
• Excellent written English skills
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Total compensation is $700/month. Base Salary is $500/month + a SALES BONUS that averages $200. | Work from Home set-up | Shifting Schedule, 8 Hours/day, 2 Days Off | SSS & PHIC Benefits | Paid Leaves
