Project Lead

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or any related field
• At least 1-2 years Sales Experience
• Proven track record of delivering high levels of client service
• Knowledge in Project management an advantage
• Microsoft Office 365 Proficient (i.e., Microsoft Teams, Outlook etc.)
• Leadership skills
• Effective and efficient communication skills
• Presentation skills

Job Description:
• Manage the relationship for projects through strategic and effective account management, client success
• Supervising Delivery / Deployment / Implementation of Contracts
• Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboard
• Grow existing portfolio by identifying new-new with the cooperation of Business development, and/or existing opportunities utilizing penetration and saturation of existing clients
• Ensure strong relationships are maintained with all key contacts within the organization
• Generate reports based on the defined practices and tools
• Drive continuous improvement until objectives are met.
• Mandate to simplify processes and overhead activities where needed
