Lead Developer / Tech Lead - .NET and React - WFH

As a lead developer, your responsibilities will include:

-- Working closely with managers and clients to understand business requirements and help translate these business requirements into technical requirements for the development team
-- Planning, designing and documenting technical specifications for features or system design
-- Building and configuring applications to meet business processes and application requirements
-- Directing the development team in the design, development, coding, testing and debugging of applications
-- Writing testable, scalable and efficient code and leading code reviews
-- Mentoring tea ---------- mbers and ensuring they adhere to determined software quality standards


Required Skills/Abilities/Knowledge/Availability:

-- Minimum of 10 years commercial experience as a software engineer/developer
-- Experience in the following:
------- C# / .NET Web Applications
------- Design and Architectural Patterns
------- SQL Databases
------- HTML/JavaScript/CSS
------- Single Page Frontend Libraries/Frameworks (Preferably React)
------- Project and Task Management Software
------- CI/CD
-- Experience in leading, managing, mentoring a team of developers for at least 6 years
-- Excellent English communication skills both written and oral
-- Good problem-solving skills with exceptional aptitude and reasoning
-- Good influencing skills to manage and negotiate when dealing with complex conflicting resolutions
-- Ability to frame ideas, provide perspectives and describe possible outcomes to different stakeholders
-- Must be able to work Australian Times(8:45 - 18:00 AEST) and holidays
