Format my book for Amazon (ebook and print)

I have a book in Google Docs format that I need to format for Amazon, Teachable/Gumroad, and ---------- cludes creating clickable Table of Contents.

Payment is a ballpark, offer your own amount.

Must have experience and how previous work (send links).

The formatting methods in question:
Titles - 26 pt font, headings - 16 pt font, subheadings - 14 pt font, body text - 12 pt font.

Book is 32,700 words.
