Administrative Support / Quality Assurance Representative

Position Title: Quality Assurance Representative
Reports To: Learning and Organizational Development Specialist
Location: Virtual
Compensation: $600.00 USD monthly to start. After 9 months after start date, $800.00 USD monthly. After 12 months after start date, $900.00 USD ---------- pany Overview: Cars and Credit Master is a fast-growing auto sales and finance company based in United States - Texas with locations in Dallas, Texas and Houston, Texas. The company provides customers with fast and friendly access to near new vehicles and in-house financing. CCM Finance is a young and fast-growing used auto finance company based in Texas. The company partners with its local dealerships to provide customers access to great vehicle selection, service options, and in-house financing.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor all outbound emails, chats, and inbound/outgoing calls to ensure the correct techniques are being used.
Participates in monitoring formats and quality standards.
Performs phone and chat monitoring and provides trend data to the Learning and Organizational Development Specialist
Uses a quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual levels.
Provides actionable data to various internal support groups as needed.
Identify and report trends identified in recording and interactions.
Prepares and analyzes internal and external quality reports.
Update and maintain team scorecards and rating scales.

REQUIRED:
Must be able to speak and read English language.
2+ years of Quality Assurance experience
Ability to deliver results individually to achieve high performance
Excellent communication track record with customers, tea ---------- mbers, and other company employees
Understanding of banking/finance laws and regulations
Proficient with MS Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word
