Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a marketing manager. The responsibilities of the marketing manager include collaborating with clients, planning marketing campaigns, delegating tasks to project tea ---------- mbers, supervising those employees, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring marketing projects are completed on time and within budget.

To be successful as a marketing manager, you should have strong leadership and strategic planning skills. Ultimately, a top-notch marketing manager should have excellent project management, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.

Detailed Responsibilities

+ Working with clients and management team to create a strategic marketing strategy and mapping out the tasks needed to implement that strategy.
+ Ensuring clients and management are satisfied with the proposed marketing campaigns.
+ Collaborating with other tea ---------- mbers to ensure deliverables are met. Leading them to success and completion of all deliverables.
+ Conducting marketing research and preparing presentations.
+ Determining marketing campaign budgets and ensuring that all staff adheres to them.
+ Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the clients, their products, and their client base to implement effective marketing campaigns.
+ Managing and supervising small and large marketing projects from beginning to end.
+ Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with external vendors.
+ Other Tasks As Deemed Necessary

REQUIRED Technical Skills & Experience
---------------------------------------------------------
To do this job, you’ll need :

+ Minimum 2+ Years Experience In Marketing
+ Experience with project management theory and best practices.
+ Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
+ Strong analytical skills.
+ Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
+ Technically savvy
+ Fast learner
+ Self-motivated
+ Basic understanding of inbound and outbound marketing along with the strategies and tactics that come with each.)
+ Must have reliable and stable wifi and computer.
+ Must have a quiet working environment (you will be speaking with clients)

Work Schedule & Holidays

+ This is a full-time position Mondays through Fridays. MUST BE available from 9AM PST - 6PM PST.
+ You’ll qualify for 4 vacation leaves and 4 sick leaves after a 3 month probation period.

Salary
---------------------------------------------------------
$1,000 Per Month To Start For Full Time Work (40 Hours Per Week)
Payouts are semi-monthly on the 1st & 15th of every month
