Looking For A Writer/Virtual Assistant! (I am just getting started with this and can not pay a lot!!!)

As my books do better with sales the pay will go up!


1) I need you to look at my books that I have already done on Amazon, and be able to duplicate the new ones in the same manner. I don't want my readers going " hmmm, these books sound different from the original ones!!!
2) I take care of the covers! It's only the written material that I need and I will choose all the graphics I want on the insides.
3) I need someone who will get the work done by the "due dates" or before!
And they must be in Kindle format. I will send you everything you need that way.
4) You must sign a contract!!! I will send that as well if you agree and want to take on this ongoing job.
5) This will be an ongoing job! I will want at least (3) books written per month and possibly more. Also, the books will be on different subjects.
6) I need someone who will do all spell check, spelling and grammar and plagiarism checking and all their own research!!! The books must be fully ready to go when I receive them!
7) I will pay $50.00 dollars per book (10,000-12,000 words each) and if they are exactly what I'm looking for I will "up that amount" after the first book is completed and I've looked it over.
8) I must be able to get ahold of you easily when I need to and to be able to get documents back and forth easily. Aside from my books, I work full time and I need to be able to communicate with you when I can.

And on the Virtual Assistant side: I need someone who (knows how to get reviews) and can get me reviews. Lots of reviews (20-30) per book that I already have and for new books coming, without my assistance!!!
