JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide lead gen & admin support to our digital marketing & web design agency while working remotely.

As a Virtual Assistant, you will be doing the following:

Organising website & SEO audits for business owners
Sending direct messages to businesses via Instagram & Facebook
Posting on Facebook groups and interacting with potential customers
Following up with customers via email & telephone to arrange appointments
Updating Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system via Pipedrive
Responding to emails and phone calls
Create proposals
Organise managers’ calendars

For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience in sales both verbally and non verbally. Ultimately, you should be able to handle tasks and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

Requirements and skills include the following:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP
Experience with using CRM systems like Pipedrive
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Solid organizational skills
High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Sales are a plus
