Virtual Assistant

I have a transportation rental company. I will be running ads for party bus/limousine rentals and I am looking for a virtual assistant to answer incoming calls that I receive from ads, answer any questions the potential customer might have and take payment via zelle, stripe, cashapp, etc. Once payment is received I would need you to contact the service provider and pay them from the funds that you just received.

I will make you an admin on the facebook page so you can answer people directly on facebook. I do have some automation in place currently but for things that are not automated I would need you to fill in the gaps. Look forward to working with you.
