We're looking for a full time team player who gets excited about uncovering trending niches, mastering Etsy SEO, and turning data insights into profitable print-on-demand products for the US market

## What You'll Do

- Identify profitable market opportunities through niche and trend research
- Conduct SEO - listing titles and tags for maximum search visibility
- Analyze competitor strategies and identify market gaps for our products
- Translate research findings into actionable product recommendations
- Order processing to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
- Collaborate with product designers and operations team on strategic initiatives
- Contribute data-driven insights to business strategy discussions
- Work hours - Mon-Fri Philippine time (no night shift)

## Requirements

- Age: 28 years or older (this role requires maturity and experience)
- Experience in marketing, SEO and keyword research for Etsy/Amazon/other marketplace
- Proven market research abilities - knowing where to look and what data matters
- Mandatory: C2 Level English proficiency required - Must understand nuanced meanings in quotes, sayings, and emotional messaging. Strong English foundation without AI dependency
- Mandatory: Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Market research abilities (training provided on our methods)
- Comfortable with Google Sheets, data analysis tools
- Proactive, resourceful, hardworking and willing to put in extra hours when needed
- High EQ - able to collaborate, give and receive constructive feedback
- Genuine willingness to learn and grow with our business
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Photoshop experience is a plus
