Award winning Cloud Technology Consulting firm in Sydney Australia is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help assist implementing and managing our marketing projects. We have been operating in Sydney, Australia for 6 years and have a strong industry presence and are looking to work with someone with a strong understanding of current trends around cloud computing and small business.
We are a technology-forward business and knowledge of modern content marketing as well as fundamental understandings of SEO, podcasting, video production etc. is essential. We are seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator/Administrator to work directly with our Managing Director to project manage and oversee all of our marketing efforts. You will be leading specialists in different areas of the production process (podcast editors, video editors, copywriters, designers etc.) and key responsibility will be the successful execution of our marketing efforts.
Key Projects will Be:
- Overseeing marketing projects and managing specialist contractors while liaising with Managing Director
- Managing the buildout of elements in our 'funnel' like landing pages, email sequences, product launches and webinars etc.
- Managing production of podcast including organising guests, overseeing content production and content release and syndication to our blog and social media
- Overseeing copywriter writing short blog-style emails to be sent to database promoting website content including blog posts, videos and podcasts
- Assisting with Facebook advertising campaign management
- Assisting editing and proofing blog posts and online articles
- Producing reports on marketing activities as well as ROI and results of campaigns
Success in this role will require working knowledge of the following technology:
- Webinars (we use GotoWebinar)
- Email autoresponders (we use Infusionsoft)
- Landing pages (we use Leadpages)
- Blogging etc. (we use Wordpress)
- Cloud software (we use Zapier)
Prior experience required for this role (you will be asked to substantiate this):
- 3+ years in marketing/communications role
- Very strong project management skills and ability to lead/organise teams
- Strong experience in communication (especially technical content)
- Passion for technology (we're geeks and our content is technical) and helping people better understand how technology can help improve their lives
It will be extremely advantageous for you to have an interest in:
- Working in the cloud (i.e. working in the browser) and how that is changing business
- Small businesses (i.e. up 1-30 employees)
- Google Technology (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Drive etc.)
- Flexible work (i.e. hiring remote staff and the benefits of using technology to scale your business)
The current role will be full-time primarily during Australian business hours (however we allow flexible work) and we are looking to build a relationship with someone who can help our marketing projects succeed over a long term.
