Client account specialist

SEO Werkz is a company that is 8.5 years old with 90+ Filipinos working with us right now. We are looking for someone full time who is eager to jump in and get going with some accounting things we have on Quickbooks desktop/merchant and other CRM/project management tasks as needed.

We are looking for someone full time who can work at least some of the time U.S. hours.

This person must:

-Speak English clearly and confidently.
- Love talking to clients over the phone. You will need to call them directly and ask them to pay after their card hasn't gone through.
-Task killer (someone who can be really organized and detail oriented to get tasks done)
-Is great at communication.
-Excited to assist in anything that needs to get done.
- Help us manage changes that need to take place in QB with accuracy
- Audit campaigns that are running and ensure that we are billing correct amounts month over month
- Audit vendors to make sure they are charging correct amounts to the company
- Take ownership of Accounts Receivable
- Audit the CRM and make sure that invoices line up perfectly with what the team is running.
- Monitoring charges coming through on our credit card processor and takes proactive steps to work with the team if there are failed charges


Requirements:
- Verbal and written English Skills a must
-Must be comfortable talking with clients.
- Must be dependable

You will be paid bi-monthly on the 1st and the 15th of the month. We will pay via PayPal and we will be paying the PayPal transaction fees.
