UX Web Designer (Elementor Knowledge a Bonus / Long Term / Paid Holidays)

**IS THIS ROLE FOR YOU?**
You will have a natural flair for design and can demonstrate your ability to design conversion focused websites using Adobe Illustrator. Having the ability to develop your designs into WordPress websites using Elementor Page Builder would be a BONUS however training will be provided.

You will consider yourself as a user focused designer and will have previously held a formal Web Designer position, having spent a lot of your time designing websites professionally. You will be passionate about UX design and care about producing pixel perfect designs no matter the project. You’ll be able to talk about your current and past web design projects, your design process and how successful your designs were.

You will have plenty of positive energy and a passion for design. You will be highly motivated, designing with focus and creativity each day. As an integral part of the team, you will take the lead on all design work that our agency produces.

**THE ROLE**
As a UX Web Designer, you will be expected to take design briefs from the Account Manager and turn them into beautiful designs that are focused on converting visitors into customers. This could include:
• Designing a small 5-page website for a Home Building Company using Adobe Illustrator that is focused on generating new enquires.
• Designing a large eCommerce project using Adobe Illustrator, focused on increasing conversation rates and sales
• Preparing design files for the development team who will build more complex websites and features.
• Developing your designs into WordPress websites using Elementor (with help from the development team - training provided)
• For more simple projects, selecting and setting up a WordPress Elementor Template after reviewing the content brief supplied by our copywriter.
• QA websites to make sure all websites are technically sound before going live.
• Adjust the responsiveness of Elementor websites that have been developed by our development team
You will be expected to get involved with many other aspects of our marketing, including designing graphics for our social media accounts. You’ll be supported by members of the team, such as the business owner, website developers and copywriter.

**SKILLS / EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS**
Proficient in using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
Knowledge of Elementor Page Builder to build small brochure websites would be a bonus
Follow specifications while working to timescales and budgets
Excellent communication skills
Ability to juggle multiple jobs and work to a high standard, even when faced with a tight deadline
You will have worked for at least 3 years as an agency Web Designer, an internal web designer role or in a role which required you to produce website designs on a regular basis

**HOURS & COMPENSATION**
35 hours per week (7 hours per day) Monday to Friday
25 days paid holidays per year which includes the customary 15 regular Philippine holidays
Salary is PHP 68,000 per month
Salary is processed every 2 weeks via Wise Direct Bank Transfer
You can work remotely from anywhere in the world
