With the strong culture and eagerness to expand, One Janitorial is seeking a motivated Operations Manager to work hand-in-hand in achieving the organization's services goals.

Job responsibilities:

- Oversees operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities for improvement.
- Maintains constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization
- Develops, implements, and maintains quality assurance protocols
- Anticipates and tracks operational and tactical risks and provides strategic solutions.
- Manages day-to-day business of the operations department while balancing the responsibilities of various business lines such as business analysis, vendor and risk management.
- Works with the Service Team to help set and meet daily to achieve goals.
- Plays a significant role in long-term planning, project status reporting, and implementing change control processes.
- Oversees and reports weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual metrics.
- Identifies trends and assesses opportunities to improve processes and executions.

Job Qualifications:
- Must have proven track record in operations management for not lesser than 5 years
- Must be highly dependable and a critical-thinker
- Adept knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Above average ability to communicate with the team and clients effectively
- High attention to details
- Excellent time-management skills
- Result-driven and good in decision-making
- Ability to work under time-constrained situations and under pressure.

Work schedule: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday
** Willing to work on extended hours if deemed necessary to meet deadlines

We offer competitive salary to successful candidate - $10 - $15 per hour depending on experience and credentials
