Responsibilities
1. Perform quarterly financial reporting using Excel spreadsheets and templates
2. Create dashboards for business units and keep them updated daily and weekly
3. Perform annual tax reporting using U.S. tax code
4. Diligence real estate acquisition targets
5. Research items on the internet
6. Help analyze equity market investments
7. Other administrative tasks related to real estate and property management
