Hiring Someone To Do Daily Website Tasks + Linkbuilding/Blogger outreach (needs experience with BuzzStream)

I run a small network of blogs and sites, and I need tasks done every day.

Most of them are related to SEO/Link Building/Blogger outreach. There are daily tasks that need doing every day of the week, and also one-off tasks that I will assign you. The one off ones will mostly revolve around link building or contacting other sites. Please read the list of things below, and when you message me please include the things it asks for! :)

You must:

- Be comfortable asking questions - I honestly don't mind answering really basic clarification questions when you are doing a task. I've hired people before who say they understand and then they come back a few hours later with completely the wrong thing. Its much better to ask little questions about everything you're not clear on when doing a task :)
- Have experience contacting bloggers asking for links/guest posts etc (tell me what kind of guest posts you've requested, if any)
- Have experience researching websites (I might ask you to find the best gym/fitness related blogs - I would want a list of non spammy blogs!:))
- Have experience with non-spammy link building
- Have experience with Buzz Stream (in your message tell me the feature you like the most about it, and the thing that is most annoying when you've used it). It isn't super hard to learn how to use it but i'd much prefer to hire someone who knows how to use it already! :)
- Be able to write with good English grammar. It isn't a writing job - but there are times when you'll have to write stuff (I will always proof read them though so it isn't too important as long as it is mostly correct!)
- Experience with Twitter (tell me how you've used it)

It will be a bonus if you:

- Have a very basic understanding of HTML (you won't be writing any HTML, but it can be handy to understand it)
- Have done social media marketing or managed social media accounts (twitter,facebook,pinterest etc) for other companies/brands (if so please let me know how it went)
- Experience with basecamp or asana (tell me if you have a favourite). For most tasks (the daily ones, not the one off) I have a admin panel on a site you will log into and it'll show you what tasks to do today)



Hours:
2 hours every day, Monday-Friday. (or, 10 hours a week - you can split it up how you want (if you wanted to do 5 hours a day for two days that should be ok but discuss it with me - some things like emails/twitter stuff needs to happen on certain days)

The hours will be flexible, and I might even be able to provide more hours if you request it. (but lets start off small first!)

Payment:
Tell me your salary for 2hr/day (=10hr/week, or 40hr/month)
Payment by Paypal (or Paxum) only.

After a couple of emails back/forwards between us, i would set you a test task (it won't take long to do). If I am happy with the results we'll do a trial week where I'll pay at the end of the week (i.e. after 10hrs). If I decide to hire you after the trial for the first two months I'll pay every week (as advised on onlinejobs.ph).
