Social media managers need to have a solid understanding of how social media platforms work and the human psychology aspect of why people respond to posts. They will be posting across multiple social media accounts on a daily basis; from Facebook to ---------- to Instagram to Twitter. The main goal of the social media manager is to drive leads to our agency by posting informative and aesthetically pleasing designs.


Social media managers are the direct bridge between us and the audience / clients which is why they are the main parts of our team. We're looking for more amazing tea ---------- mbers who can focus on client relationship building and management.

Salary & Growth Opportunities
The client manager position starts at $6,500 USD per year.
Ability to determine entire brand identity
Ability to work as a social media strategist and possibly brand strategist.

The Ideal Candidate
Social Media: Previous experience managing and growing social media accounts is a MUST. We are not looking for a beginner tea ---------- mber as we're the BEST Google Ads agency in the USA - we only have the best tea ---------- mbers as well.

Graphic Design: Your main task as a social media manager is to create posts that not only look good to the human eye, but also cause the audience to interact. As the social media manager, you'll be responsible for editing and posting reels (video content) as well as images.

Problem Solving: One of the biggest sins you can do at our agency is ask a question or help with a problem which you could have solved yourself. We’re always here to support our tea ---------- mbers but you need to be someone who can roll up your sleeve and do your best to deal with problems - and solve those which you can actually solve.

Marketing Strategy: Your main job is to learn about who our potential clients are and what kind of content they like to see. This will be an ongoing analysis but the posts will be designed to drive leads as that's our #1 goal. You will be responsibly for testing different graphics to see what our audience interacts best with and come up with a winning layout.
