We are developing new wordpress blogs and are seeking an experienced SEO expert to promote these new blogs to reach page 1 rankings in Google in 2-3 weeks after launch.

Initially, this is a project basis. However, as we get going you'll be offered a part-time or full-time position promoting more and more blogs and sites.
