Hasanov Capital is looking to hire a recruiter who will help them grow their sales team in the Philippines. Hasanov Capital is a New York based finance company that specializes in business and real estate loans.

The recruiter should be fluent in English. Excellent speaking and writing skills are necessary.

The new hire will be in charge of finding talent to build a sales team. The company is looking to onboard a team of 4 people every month. The recruiter must have experience in recruiting and have a plan of action in how to build a sales team. The first 2-3 trainings will be conducted by one of the principals, after the recruiter gets enough training themselves, they will be responsible for training the new sales team.

This is a full time job with a competitive salary and bonus which is based on team performance.
