More About Me & The Job:
I am a day trader, A Realtor and A lender. I am doing videos for many years and want someone who has at least some interest in finance. I have many friends and must be able to keep confidentiality and be ok around high profile people sports stars and Movie Actors and Actoressess. This position will be for cutting editing and working on video.

These videos will be cut and put on several different social media sites as well as podcast and turned into audio and video distribution sites.



This is a job for an incredibly well organized person only. If you are not organized it won't be a good fit at all because there are different things all the time to do and to learn. You will basically become my right hand over time and with my help and support.

The following tasks are a plus so let me know if you have this experience:????
- Basic graphic design
- Basic video editing
- Advanced Video editing tools Adobe Camtasia
- Basic web design or updating (making things look good only)
- Social media posting or scheduling
- Project management software experience Trello is what I currently use

What the job will be like (thinks like these but not limited to):
-First of all - I like to think of my team as my family
-Second - we all have a job to do and that is really important too
-Every day will likely be differnt:
-Social media posting or scheduling
-Creating social media graphics
-Shooting a screen share video for clients to help them with a problem or so they know how to so something
-Light and Heavy editing of a video to put on YouTube Facebook ---------- ---------- and other places as we need
-Keeping up with Nifty.pm whihc is my project management system
-Setting up social media profiles
-Checking my email
-Creating lists of people we should email
-Sending out video messages on social media, Linkedin and email
-Doing research to make a project easier for me or for yourself
-Learning new tasks you can help me with
-Coming up with ideas to help me
-Reminding me of what needs to be done

Work Hours:
Looking for someone that can easily work between 9 am and 1 pm (Monday - Friday) Pacific Standard Time (ARIZONA TIME)
the rest of the hours are flexible as long as the work gets done.

Wages:
You will start part time while you train and once ready you will move to full time
Starting pay is hourly: $3 to $5 per hour based on your skills
Once you go full time you will be offered between $500 and $800+ per month to start
After 3 months of full time: you will be added into our employee profit sharing plan & receive salary benefits (paid time off for some holidays)
