We're hiring a Marketing Automation Specialist for a permanent position.
You will think creatively, analytically, and strategically to develop powerful Klaviyo

Build and implement custom and standard automation flow on marketing campaigns (e.i. Klaviyo) and on e-commerce applications (e.i. Rebuy)
As the Klaviyo
Responsible for writing, creating, and monitoring awesome
Account configuration, setup, and building of flows (such as welcome series, cart abandonment, and browse abandonment
Analyzing performance stats and finding areas for improvement
Create list segments, clean up old list data, set up custom profile properties, and sunsetting unengaged subscribers.
Translate designs (provided) into responsive HTML
Build a promotional and content marketing calendar
Identify, flag, and implement marketing opportunities
Execute A/B tests, analyze data, and make recommendations in order to achieve maximum ROI.
Write and proof-read
Create segments for optimal delivery and conversion rates.
Track, analyze, and report on results of campaigns, deliverability, and
Identify blind spots and opportunities in deliverability, messaging, and revenue.
Drive upselling and cross-selling strategies with the goal to increase average order value on top of core products
Create data rules to properly implement upsell and cross-sell marketing strategies in e-commerce applications.
Proposed advanced monthly upsell and cross-sell products to focus based on data and analysis.
Explore and implement various upsell and cross-sell strategies that would create demand and entice the website visitor to add more orders every time they will check into the online store.
Track the KPIs based on the implemented strategies and look for areas to improve
In-depth knowledge of
Expert with upsell and cross sell marketing tool in Shopify and Shopify apps. I.e. Rebuy Engine
Knowledge of Photoshop / Figma
Ability to think independently and build custom workflows/automation
Previous experience with Teamwork, or another project management tool is desirable but not necessary
Have an understanding of marketing analytics and KPIs
With experience working with agency setup for e-commerce businesses
Ability to quickly learn new platforms
Willingness to learn and absorb new information
Must be located, or willing to work Monday to Friday in AEDT.
