JOB DESCRIPTION/ JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualifications:

- Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Metro Manila
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop
- Up to date with current web design trends
- Has experience designing and developing responsive layouts
- Has an eye for design and aims perfection even on the smallest details
- Has an open mind and handle criticisms
- Strong sense of self responsibility
- Comfortable working on multiple projects with tight and conflicting deadlines
- Able to work independently
- Also able to collaborate with a team
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Flexibility and eagerness to identify, learn, and use new and emerging technologies
- Able to convert PSD to HTML/CSS
- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, JQuery and PHP
- Has experience working with Twitter bootstrap
- Modify and customize existing Wordpress themes
- Can create Wordpress themes without using base themes
- Has experience working with Wordpress theme development frameworks
- At least 2 years experience designing and developing wordpress themes
- Comfortable working with FTP
- An online portfolio showcasing your creativity and imagination
- Links to existing live wordpress websites that you designed and or developed

Desirable Skills:
- Able to develop and customize Wordpress plugins
- Extensive knowledge of internal SEO optimization

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a team and work independently on projects
- Design and develop Wordpress themes from scratch
- Provide designs that other front-end developers can easily work on
- Customize existing Wordpress themes and websites
- Help developers optimize websites for fast loading times with small file sizes.
