We are looking for a Lead Manager!

We are a young and growing real estate company looking to add to our quickly growing team. If you’re tired of applying for the same cold caller position you are in luck!

Primary duties include but are not limited to:
Inbound lead intake
Identifying lead types
Building rapport with a focus on making a friend
Use our lead management script to further qualify and categorize
Handling objections
Lead management
Detailing notes for future conversations
Categorize leads according to the conversation

Only submit your resume if all the following apply
Real Estate Experience of 1 or more years
Experience using real estate software
Elite English Skills
Customer focused
A personal computer with dual monitors
Reliable power and internet service
A quiet working environment

Compensation:
$5.00-$8.00 per hour + bonuses for every property closed!
Pay depends on experience
Paid one week training

Schedule:
Full-Time
Tuesday - Saturday
10:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST
